Join our dedicated team in Lincolnshire as a Qualified Social Worker in the Family Assessment/Advice and Support Team. We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate individual to support families in need, ensuring their welfare and safeguarding their children. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality assessments and interventions to families, helping them navigate challenges and access necessary resources.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive family assessments to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Providing tailored advice and support to families, ensuring they have access to appropriate resources. Collaborating with multi-agency teams to develop and implement effective care plans. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. Engaging with families in a respectful and empathetic manner, fostering trust and open communication.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection, family support, or related fields. Strong assessment, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and maintain confidentiality.
