Location: Parklands, Speke

Pay Rate: £40.00 per hour (Umbrella)

Holding a caseload of Foster Carer's offering supervision and supportUndertaking Core AssessmentsUndertaking Form F AssessmentsUndertaking Viability AssessmentsUndertaking Parenting AssessmentsUndertaking Regulation 38 AssessmentsAttending family proceedings courtObtaining Interim Care Orders/Interim Supervision OrdersObtaining Special Guardianship OrdersProducing Child Permanency ReportsPreparing looked after children review reportsSearching for emergency placements for vulnerable children referred to social servicesProducing Annual Review Report of Foster CarersPresenting Annual Review Reports to multi-disciplinary panelParticipating in recruitment drives for foster carersParticipating in preparation group trainingFacilitating support groups for Foster CarersCarrying out home visits for monitoring purposes/ to promote the welfare of and to safeguard the children

Essential Requirements:

Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalentAt least 3 years' experience as a social worker within children's servicesSocial Work England RegistrationDriving license and access to own vehicle
