Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team within Children and Young People's Services.Ensure high-quality safeguarding and support for children and families.Manage complex cases and make sound professional decisions.Collaborate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and partner agencies.Essential Requirements:
