We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team in the role of Named Order in the Qualified Social Work field. As a Named Order, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable children and families.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Conducting assessments and investigations to determine the needs and risks faced by children and families. Developing and implementing care plans to support and protect children in line with statutory requirements. Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children and families. Attending court hearings and providing evidence as required. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and reports.

The essential qualifications and skills for this role include:

A recognized social work qualification and registration with the relevant regulatory body. Demonstrated experience in child protection and safeguarding work. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families. Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures. Ability to work effectively under pressure and make timely and appropriate decisions.
