We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Auditor for our Children’s Services team in Bedford, working one day a week in the office. This role is critical in ensuring that our social work practices meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. As a QA Auditor, you will conduct thorough audits of case files, policies, and procedures, providing valuable feedback to enhance service delivery and safeguard the welfare of children and families.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting regular audits of case files and documentation to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices. Collaborating with social workers and management to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions. Preparing comprehensive reports on audit findings and presenting them to relevant stakeholders. Staying updated on legislation, policy changes, and industry trends affecting children’s social work. Facilitating training sessions and workshops to promote understanding of quality assurance processes within the team.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, or a related field, along with relevant professional experience. Strong knowledge of legislative frameworks and best practices in children’s social work. Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders. Proficiency in using audit tools and software for data analysis.
