To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience working in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families. Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in child protection.

In this role, you will play a vital part in assessing and supporting kinship carers, ensuring the welfare and safety of children placed within family networks.
