An established and supportive mental health service in East Yorkshire is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) to join their team in a Level 2 rehabilitation setting for adult males. The hospital supports up to 15 individuals progressing from admission to semi-independent living, focusing on personalised care and community reintegration.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver person-centred care as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
Monitor progress and adapt care plans accordingly.
Promote patient dignity, recovery, and independence.
Requirements:
NMC-registered RMN or RNLD with 6-12 months post-registration experience.
Strong knowledge of NMC guidelines and clinical best practice.
A positive, resilient attitude and commitment to patient-focused care.
Completion of a preceptorship programme.

Overview:
A leading private hospital in Leeds is seeking Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurses (RNLD) to join its nursing team.
The hospital provides high-dependency recovery and rehabilitation care for adult males with a range of mental health conditions. As the hospital expands to include two bespoke new therapeutic areas, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing service.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to patients
Act as named nurse, collaborating with patients and families on care plans
Monitor, review and evaluate patient progress and care plans
Accurately observe and engage with patients, responding to their needs
Lead and delegate nursing duties on shift, acting as nurse in charge when required
Maintain a safe and therapeutic care environment
Promote positive relationships with patients, families and the MDT
