We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Assessment & Staying Together Team in Staffordshire. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families, ensuring they receive the support and guidance they need. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively to assess the needs of children and families, develop effective intervention strategies, and promote positive outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families to promote stability and well-being. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding discussions.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Relevant experience in child protection and assessment work. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
