We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our First Contact Team in Sutton. This role is pivotal in providing essential support and intervention for individuals and families in need. As a member of our team, you will be at the forefront of social work practice, ensuring that vulnerable populations receive timely and effective assistance. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting thorough assessments of clients' needs and developing comprehensive care plans. Providing direct support to individuals and families, ensuring their voices are heard and respected. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including health professionals, educators, and community organizations. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with legal and organizational standards. Participating in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience working in a social work setting, particularly with children and families. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
