Join our dedicated Mental Health Team in Swindon as a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) and make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges. In this role, you will work collaboratively with service users, their families, and various stakeholders to deliver high-quality social work services that prioritize wellbeing and recovery.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals' mental health needs. Developing and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Providing ongoing support and advocacy for service users, ensuring their voices are heard. Monitoring and reviewing progress, adjusting care plans as necessary. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with local and national guidelines.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Strong knowledge of mental health legislation and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
