We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join our Children in Care (CIC) Team in Dudley. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work support to children and families within the care system, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Undertaking assessments and creating care plans for children in care Direct work with children and families to support reunification or alternative permanency options Participating in multi-agency meetings and reviews to ensure coordinated support Advocating for the best interests of children and young people in the care system Providing support and guidance to foster carers and other professionals involved in the child's care

The essential qualifications and skills for this role include:

Qualified Social Worker with a relevant social work qualification Registered with Social Work England Demonstrated experience in children's social work, particularly within the CIC sector Strong assessment and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
