As a Children’s Social Worker in the MASH Team, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments and investigations in response to safeguarding concerns. Collaborating with partner agencies to gather information and provide comprehensive support. Developing and implementing care plans tailored to the needs of children and families. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Providing advice and support to families to promote positive outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience in children’s social work, particularly in safeguarding and assessments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and families. Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-agency framework.
