We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's TM - LAC Team in East Riding of Yorkshire. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and interventions to children and young people in care.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Assessing the needs and risks of children and young people in care Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with other professionals and agencies Providing direct support and guidance to children and their families Participating in multi-agency meetings and reviews Advocating for the best interests of children and ensuring their voices are heard

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a valid HCPC registration Demonstrated experience working with children in care and knowledge of relevant legislation and policies Strong assessment and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment

Additional requirements:
