We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's Social Worker to join our Court Team in Aylesbury. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families involved in court proceedings.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children at risk Attending court hearings and providing evidence-based reports Working collaboratively with other professionals, such as legal representatives and healthcare providers Advocating for the best interests of children and ensuring their safety and well-being Participating in case conferences and reviews to monitor progress and make recommendations

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in children's services Registration with Social Work England Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and policies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex cases
