We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's ASW to join our CLA Team in Devon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families involved in the care system.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
Undertaking assessments and developing care plans for children in need of support Working collaboratively with internal and external partners to ensure the best outcomes for children and families Participating in case conferences, court proceedings, and other multi-agency meetings Providing direct support and intervention to children and families to address safeguarding concerns Contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of services within the CLA TeamEssential qualifications and skills:
Qualified Social Worker with HCPC registration Experience working within a children's social care setting Strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies related to child protection and safeguarding Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a complex caseloadAdditional requirements or benefits:

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children in need of support Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to safeguard children and promote their well-being Participating in case conferences, court hearings, and reviews to ensure the best outcomes for children in care Providing direct support and intervention to children and families, including crisis intervention when necessary Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and reports in accordance with statutory requirementsEssential Qualifications and Skills:
Qualified Social Worker with a valid HCPC registration Demonstrated experience in working with children and families in a social work setting Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make evidence-based decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently, managing a complex caseloadAdditional Requirements and Benefits:
