We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our team in the Walsall - TM - West Locality Darlaston position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to individuals and families in need within the community.

Key responsibilities and duties for this role include:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans for vulnerable individuals Providing support and intervention to promote positive outcomes for service users Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure holistic support Participating in case conferences and reviews to monitor progress and adjust interventions Advocating for the rights and best interests of those in your care

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration and experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of social work practices, legislation, and policies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice
