As a Qualified Social Worker in our Mental Health Team, you will be responsible for a range of key duties, including:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of service users and their families. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams. Providing ongoing support and guidance to individuals experiencing mental health issues. Advocating for clients' rights and ensuring access to appropriate resources and services. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with regulatory standards.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Proven experience in mental health settings, with a solid understanding of mental health legislation and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
