Occupational Therapist - Duty Team | Wolverhampton
Location: Wolverhampton (Hybrid)
Hours: 30 hours per week
Rate: £31.97 per hour
Wolverhampton are looking for a Duty Occupational Therapist to join their team on a hybrid working basis. This role involves supporting adults through timely assessments, providing recommendations for equipment and adaptations, and helping to promote independence and safe discharge planning where required.

Occupational Therapist - Community Team (Part-Time)
Location: Wolverhampton
Rate: £31.97 per hour
Contract: 12 weeks
Hours: 28.5 hours per week (3 days)
Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join a Community OT Team in Wolverhampton, supporting Pathway 1 Reablement services. This is a short-term locum opportunity ideal for clinicians with strong community experience and a focus on promoting independence and safe discharge from hospital settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions within a community reablement framework
Support individuals transitioning from hospital to home (Pathway 1)
Undertake functional assessments to promote independence in daily living
Recommend and arrange appropriate equipment and adaptations
Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team (MDT)
Contribute to care planning and goal-setting aligned with reablement principles
Requirements:
Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration
Proven experience in community-based OT or reablement services
Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills
Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
Experience working within multidisciplinary teams
