As a Qualified Social Worker in our Family Finding Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing tailored care plans that promote the best interests of children. Building and maintaining relationships with families, children, and external agencies. Facilitating family group conferences and supporting kinship care placements. Providing guidance and support to foster carers and adoptive families. Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and local policies.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Valid Social Work England registration. Experience working in child protection or family support settings. Strong assessment and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
