As a Qualified Social Worker in the CP/Locality Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Assessing the needs of children and families, ensuring their safety and well-being. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families and relevant agencies. Conducting regular reviews and evaluations of care plans to ensure effectiveness. Providing support and guidance to families, promoting positive outcomes and resilience. Maintaining accurate and timely records in accordance with local and national standards. Participating in multi-agency meetings and working closely with other professionals.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Care Wales or eligible for registration. Experience in child protection and locality social work. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with families and professionals.
