Conducting regular reviews and evaluations of care plans to ensure effectiveness. Providing support and guidance to families, promoting positive outcomes and resilience. To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Care Wales or eligible for registration. Experience in child protection and locality social work. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with families and professionals. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
