About the Role
- As a Social Work Consultant, you will:
- Support social workers with complex cases
- Drive team performance and best practices
- Chair stability meetings and provide crisis management support
- Work closely with the Team Manager to ensure high standards of care
Who We're Looking For
- Qualified Social Worker (SWE Registered)
- Proven experience in Children's Social Care
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable young people
