We are seeking a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapy Senior Practitioner to join our dynamic Adult Social Care team. This is a key role for a qualified OT who is looking to make a real impact on people's lives in a borough that embraces innovation, diversity, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice, supervision, and support to a team of Occupational Therapists.
Manage a complex caseload and ensure timely assessments and interventions.
Support service development, quality assurance, and best practice implementation.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to promote independence and improve outcomes for residents.

We are looking for someone who:
Is HCPC registered with substantial post-qualification experience.
Demonstrates strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Has experience working within a strengths-based, person-centred approach.
Is confident in navigating complex legislation and safeguarding frameworks.
