Role: AMHP - Out of Hours Hub
Location: Hillingdon Council
Contract: Locum
Pay Rate: Competitive
Hours: 24-hour rolling rota

Hillingdon Council is seeking an experienced and qualified Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) to join their Out of Hours Hub on a locum basis.

The successful candidate will undertake Mental Health Act assessments as part of a 24-hour rolling rota and will also be responsible for handling Adult Social Care emergencies that arise outside of core working hours.

Key Requirements:
Must be a qualified and approved AMHP

Experience in conducting Mental Health Act assessments

Ability to manage adult social care crisis situations independently

Flexible to work across evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays as per rota

Strong decision-making and multi-agency working skills

This is a vital frontline role offering flexibility and the chance to make an immediate impact during critical situations.
