To address these issues, the college partnered with EBS, securing a Master Vendor contract in September 2020, which was renewed in January 2024. The contract's goal was to centralize recruitment under one agency to improve access to compliance details, timesheets, and financial records, and to prevent off-contract hiring that led to unapproved candidate starts and usage of multiple timesheet platforms, which negatively impacted spend tracking and compliance management.

Conducted numerous in-depth meetings with Kirklees College to thoroughly understand their specific recruitment needs and challenges. Developed a comprehensive, full-cycle recruitment solution tailored to their requirements. Transitioned from placing occasional candidates to managing the entire recruitment process as Master Vendor, ensuring streamlined operations, consistent quality in candidate placements, and significantly improved efficiency across all departments.

Developed and implemented a robust system to manage compliance details, timesheets, submissions, and spend tracking. This system ensured full transparency and efficiency in the recruitment process, allowing for real-time monitoring and accountability. This provided Kirklees College with clear insights into recruitment activities, streamlined operations, and improved overall management of candidate placements and associated costs.
