Kinship, Assessment, Supervision & Support - Countywide The Kinship Team assesses, supports and supervises new and prospective kinship carers in the county. As manager of this team, you will oversee the assessment of temporarily approved Kinship foster carers and prospective special guardians, as well as the provision of support and supervision provided by social workers. Ensuring that children and young people in these arrangements receive high quality support. Your leadership will be essential in managing service delivery, implementing development of the team, and ensuring statutory duties are undertaken.
