Our client is seeking a motivated individual to join their Recovery Programme team, working within a forward-thinking local authority. This hybrid role requires attendance in the offices 2 to 3 days per week.
Key Requirements
A formal qualification in Project Management (e.g., APMP, Prince2, P3O, MSP) or Business Analysis. Alternatively, evidence of over 3 years' experience in managing complex projects or programmes within large organisations.
Proven ability to lead and deliver service improvements and efficiencies, driving transformation in line with organisational objectives.
Role Overview
You will play a pivotal role in delivering the Recovery Programme by identifying opportunities for service enhancements and efficiencies.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the delivery of strategic aims through the implementation of the Target Operating Model (TOM).
Leading on end-to-end process reviews to simplify customer journeys and introduce streamlined solutions.
Promoting a "One Council" approach by ensuring interdependencies across functions and processes are considered.
Driving the adoption of technology to enable self-service, enhance customer access to services, and automate processes.
Collaborating with operational leads to reduce demand, improve prevention, and deliver measurable efficiencies.
What You'll Bring
Experience working across multiple stakeholders in complex organisational structures.
A track record of implementing process improvements and utilising data to enhance services.
The ability to champion the principles of prevention, early resolution, and community/customer enablement.
Strong communication and leadership skills to manage dependencies and ensure a cohesive approach to transformation.
