We are urgently seeking Approved Mental Health Professionals (AMHPs) to join our Core AMHP Team in Leicestershire. This is a high-priority, immediate-start role offering £40 per hour.
Role Details:
Position: Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP)
Location: Leicestershire
Rate: £40 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Temporary
Key Responsibilities:
AMHP Duties Only - You will work solely in an AMHP capacity within our Core AMHP Team.
Shift Patterns:
Day Shift: 08:30 - 17:00
Late Shift: 12:00 - 20:00
Any additional hours worked will accrue TOIL (Time Off in Lieu) for admin days.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, on rota three times a week, with two days allocated for admin and follow-ups. Core AMHPs should remain available to pick up assessments on admin days during periods of exceptional demand.
Requirements:
AMHP Qualification - Essential.
Experience - Must have sufficient experience to integrate quickly into the role.
Warranting:
Candidates can be warranted by Leicestershire for the duration of their role.
If already warranted by another local authority, we can liaise with their warranting authority to enable them to practice in Leicestershire.
