We have an exciting short-term opportunity for a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join the Initial Contact Team in Adult Care. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a friendly, supportive, and dynamic team committed to high-quality social care.

Role Overview:
? Be the first point of contact for Adult Social Care
? Conduct strength-based conversations to assess needs
? Provide information, advice, and signposting
? Develop outcome-focused support plans for individuals and carers

Requirements:
? Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
