Eden Brown Synergy are proud to be working with a Public Sector Organisation within Gloucestershire, who require an experienced Training Administrator to join their expanding team.
The Training Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring that the Organisation is well-trained, compliant with regulations, and equipped to deliver high-quality services. This role requires strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills to effectively support the ongoing development of staff and enhance the overall performance of the team. Please see the below key details:
Training Co-Ordination:
- Assist in planning, organising, and delivering training sessions, workshops, and seminars for GMS staff
- Ensure all logistical arrangements are in place, including venue set up, materials preparation and technology requirements
Record Management:
- Maintain comprehensive records of training attendance, evaluations and certifications
- Ensure compliance with agreed standards and regulations
Support Development:
- Collaborate with colleagues to create, update and enhance training materials, handbooks and online resources to facilitate effective learning
- Assist in the design of training programs that meet the identified needs of the staff
Needs Assessment:
- Work closely with department heads and other stakeholder to identify training needs and skill gaps among staff
- Support the development of training solutions to enhance competencies and improve overall performance
Onboarding Support:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees by organising orientation sessions and initial training schedules
- Ensure new hires have access to necessary resources and training materials from the start
Feedback Collection:
- Conduct post-training evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training programs and gather participant feedbacK
- Analyse feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future training initiatives
Data Management:
- Maintain and update the training management system, ensuring all training documentation is accurate, organised and readily accessible
- Track and report on training completion rates and compliance with mandatory training requirements
The salary can go up to £27,409 per annum depending on experience and the Department would like for someone to start in March 2025 ideally. This is a permanent job opportunity and the successful candidate will be expected to work across both sites with a minimum of three days on site and 2 days WFH, with the main site being in Cheltenham.
