CFS Social Worker - Families Together Team | Leicestershire County Council

Leicestershire County Council is looking for an experienced Social Worker to join the Families Together Team. This role requires a professional with at least 3 years of permanent experience in social work, particularly in statutory services.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting families in developing problem-solving skills, building resilience, and achieving sustainable behaviour change
Providing crisis intervention support
Working with Children in Need (CIN) and Children in Care (CIC)
Understanding and managing youth homelessness cases
