Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) - Social Services Background

Location: Ceredigion, West Wales Coast
Pay Rate: Up to £38 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Type: Temporary/Locum

About the Role:
The manager in Ceredigion (West Wales coast) is currently looking for experienced Occupational Therapists (OTs) with a background in Social Services. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a beautiful coastal area while making a real impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and plan occupational therapy interventions for service users in line with Social Services requirements.
Provide recommendations to enhance service users quality of life and independence.
Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure holistic care and support for individuals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments and interventions.
Support service users in adapting to their environment and activities of daily living.
Requirements:

Previous experience as an Occupational Therapist within Social Services.
HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with service users and colleagues.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards in Social Services.
