1.Knowledge of relevant Housing Law and experience of practical application of legislation and good practice.
2. Relevant degree and/or professional qualification desirable , or relevant Housing Services experience of at least 3 years.
3. Exceptional interpersonal, influencing and relationship management skills and the ability to apply them towards building effective and productive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
