Join a dedicated team supporting over 20,000 vulnerable households in Harrow. As a Financial Assessments Officer, you'll assess Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support claims, ensure compliance with legislation, recover overpaid benefits, and work closely with internal teams and external partners like the DWP.

What You'll Need:

Strong knowledge of Housing Benefit & Council Tax Support rules

Experience handling complex benefit assessments
