We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Adult's Social Worker to join our Locality Team in Havering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to adults in the community, with a focus on promoting independence and improving their quality of life.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Undertaking assessments to determine the needs of adults and their carers Developing care and support plans in collaboration with service users and their families Providing advocacy and support to empower individuals to make informed decisions Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to coordinate services Participating in safeguarding procedures to ensure the welfare of vulnerable adults

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a relevant degree and HCPC registration Demonstrated experience in working with adults in a social care setting Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make evidence-based decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse individuals Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
