We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Adult's Social Worker to join our Safeguarding Team in Bolton. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention to vulnerable adults in the community.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans for adults at risk of harm or abuse Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the safety and well-being of service users Participating in safeguarding meetings and case conferences to review and monitor progress Providing advocacy and support to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their care Completing accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with current registration with HCPC Demonstrated experience working in adult safeguarding within a social care setting Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to adult safeguarding Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with service users and stakeholders Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex caseloads efficiently
