We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Adult's Social Worker to join our Safeguarding Team in Bolton. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention to vulnerable adults in the community.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing care plans for adults at risk of harm or abuse
  • Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the safety and well-being of service users
  • Participating in safeguarding meetings and case conferences to review and monitor progress
  • Providing advocacy and support to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their care
  • Completing accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with current registration with HCPC
  • Demonstrated experience working in adult safeguarding within a social care setting
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to adult safeguarding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with service users and stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex caseloads efficiently
