We are currently recruiting for an Advanced Practitioner to join the Locality Team at Barnsley Council. PAY RATE : Upto £37.00 p/h (Umb)
Roles & Responsibilities (R&R):
Lead, support, and supervise social workers within the CP/Locality Team.Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify safeguarding and support needs.Develop, implement, and review care plans in line with statutory and local authority requirements.Provide professional guidance, mentoring, and training to team members.Attend case conferences, strategy meetings, and court proceedings as required.Work collaboratively with multi-agency teams to deliver coordinated support to children at risk.Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records and ensure compliance with council policies.Monitor and evaluate team performance and intervention outcomes to ensure high-quality service delivery.Essential Requirements:
