We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Birmingham - QSW - ASTI Team. As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in providing support and intervention to vulnerable children, young people, and families in the Birmingham area.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Undertake assessments of children and families to identify their needs and develop appropriate care plans. Work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure the best outcomes for service users. Provide direct support and intervention to children and families in crisis situations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and reports. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to enhance professional development.

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a relevant social work qualification and HCPC registration. Demonstrated experience working within a children's social care setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with service users and colleagues. Strong assessment and analytical skills to identify risks and develop appropriate interventions. Ability to work under pressure and manage a complex caseload efficiently.
