We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's Disability Service team in Blackburn. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting children with disabilities and their families to ensure they receive the care and services they need.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Assessing the needs of children with disabilities and developing care plans Providing direct support and intervention to children and families Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to coordinate services Advocating for the rights and best interests of children with disabilities Participating in case conferences and reviews to monitor progress and make recommendations

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in children's services Registration with Social Work England Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies related to children with disabilities
