We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Team Manager (ATM) to join our Family Safeguarding Service team in Bracknell Forest. This hybrid position offers a unique opportunity for a qualified social worker to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable families.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Supporting the Team Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Family Safeguarding Service Providing supervision and guidance to a team of social workers and support staff Participating in case conferences, assessments, and reviews to ensure the safety and well-being of children and families Collaborating with external agencies and professionals to coordinate services and interventions Contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery through feedback and evaluation

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in child protection and safeguarding Registered with Social Work England Demonstrated leadership abilities and a strong understanding of social work principles and practices Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
