Location: The Civil & Family Court, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool, L2 2BX
Pay Rate: £37 per hour (Umbrella)
Working Pattern: Hybrid - just 2 days in the office per month

We're recruiting experienced Family Court Advisers to join the Work to First Hearing Team at CAFCASS. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly respected organisation while benefiting from an outstanding hybrid working arrangement.

As part of the Work to First Hearing Team, you'll prepare safeguarding letters for the court, undertake risk assessments, liaise with partner agencies, and provide high-quality analysis to support safe and timely decisions for children and families involved in private law proceedings.

Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.

Experience working within children's safeguarding services.

Strong assessment, risk analysis, and report-writing skills.

Ability to work effectively within court timescales and multi-agency environments.

£37 per hour Umbrella

Hybrid working - only 2 office days per month
