To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A relevant professional qualification in social work (e.g., Social Work Degree, CQSW, DipSW).
  • Registration with Social Work England or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of child protection legislation and care proceedings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
