We are currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join a MAST Team in Calderdale Council. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive team environment and contribute to delivering high-quality services for children and families.
Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a varied caseload and completing high-quality assessmentsSupporting children and families through effective intervention and safeguarding practiceWorking collaboratively with partner agencies and professionalsContributing to child protection and court-related processes where requiredSupporting good practice standards within the teamRequirementsValid Social Work England registrationSignificant post-qualifying experience within Children's ServicesStrong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and court processesExperience supporting, mentoring, or supervising social workers is desirableExcellent assessment, communication, and analytical skillsBenefits✅ Competitive rate
