We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join our Assessment Team in Waltham Forest. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of children and families to ensure their safety and well-being.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Undertaking initial assessments and investigations into child protection concerns Developing and implementing care plans to support children and families Working collaboratively with other professionals to provide holistic support Participating in case conferences and court proceedings as required

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration and experience Strong knowledge of child protection policies and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex cases
