Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children with disabilities and their families. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with families and other stakeholders. Providing direct support and intervention to children and families, ensuring their needs are met effectively. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in accordance with local and national standards. Participating in multi-disciplinary meetings and contributing to the development of best practices within the team.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children with disabilities and knowledge of relevant legislation and frameworks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of practice.
