To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children with disabilities and knowledge of relevant legislation and frameworks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of practice.
