Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a difference in the lives of children and families? Barnet's Children's TM - Intervention & Planning Team is seeking a qualified social worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality interventions and support to children and their families, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting positive outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Monitoring and reviewing progress, making necessary adjustments to plans as needed. Building strong relationships with children, families, and partner agencies to facilitate effective support. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA in Social Work, MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England or equivalent regulatory body. Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. The ability to work collaboratively within a multi-agency environment.
