  • Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding practices.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to develop effective intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with families and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing a varied caseload effectively.
