Are you an experienced Children's Social Worker looking for your next agency opportunity?
We are recruiting for a Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilities Team at Derbyshire County Council. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive local authority, making a real difference to the lives of children with disabilities and their families.
About the RoleAs a Social Worker within the Children with Disabilities Team, you will manage a varied caseload, complete assessments, develop care plans, and work collaboratively with partner agencies to safeguard and improve outcomes for children and young people. You will build strong relationships with families while ensuring statutory responsibilities are met.
