Dudley Metropolitan Brough Council is currently seeking an experienced Advance Practitioner to support their Centre for Professional Practitioner Team.
Location: Council House, Priory Road
Pay Rate: £38.00 per hour (Umbrella)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide practice leadership and support to social workers, promoting high standards of practiceOffer guidance, mentoring, and coaching to improve professional development across the teamLead on complex casework and support with decision-making in high-risk casesDrive quality assurance and service improvement through audits, reviews, and reflective practiceSupport the implementation of best practice models and ensure compliance with statutory frameworksWork collaboratively with multi-agency partners to improve outcomes for children and familiesPromote a strong focus on safeguarding, child-centred practice, and positive interventionsContribute to workforce development, learning, and embedding effective professional standards
Essential Requirements:
